The BMLSS improv team partnered with the Stark family on Oct. 23 to hold Improvaganza! This fundraiser was held to benefit our fellow Laker Romy Stark as she and her family will be flying out to Arizona for Romy to get treatment for Multiple Sclerosis.

Improv members Romy and Skylar Evans were the MC’s for the evening and never let the audience have a dull moment in between acts.

The improv team played games ranging from Monkey Wrench, Say it Again, Word Machine and more. The improvisers even played a game where they took ideas from the audience for things like non-geographical locations (place) or objects.

Drama teacher Ms. Imrie did a what’s-in-the-box draw where inside the box were many random things to be picked out.

The Stark family held a bake sale with delicious treats, drinks, and some beautiful postcards.

By the end of the evening the improv team and the Stark family are proud to say that they raised $600 from the event and we’re all wishing good luck for our good friend Romy Stark!
